Unfortunately, we're not able to guarantee order cancellations, but if you reach out to our customer service team on the same day you placed your order, we'll do our best to make it happen! After that, changes may be limited to updating details like your delivery address or contact number. And of course, if your order has already shipped, we're always happy to help with a return!

If part of your order is missing, please check the shipping confirmation email to see if the items were sent separately. If all items should have arrived together or if you have concerns, contact our customer service team with your order number.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. You can also check the footer of our website to see all accepted payment options!

We offer free 30-day returns on all unused items in their original packaging - qualifying items will be refunded to your original form of payment within 14 business days of us receiving them.
A few exceptions to note:
- Sale and seasonal items are final sale
- Gift recipients will receive store credit
- Opened, used, or damaged items are accepted at our discretion and, if approved, will be issued store credit

Once we receive your return, processing can take up to 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if applicable, you'll receive an email confirmation once it's been processed.

Yes! If you're ordering a Gift Box or Build-a-Box, you can add a personalized gift note right at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on what you ordered:
- Marketplace & in-stock items: ship within 1-3 business days
- Curated Gift boxes: ship within 3-5 business days
- Build-a-Box (BYOB): ship within 7-10 business days, since each box is customized just for you!
If you're working with a tight deadline on a Build-a-Box order, try our Curate for You option and let your gifting concierge know you need it sooner - they'll absolutely do their best to make it work! 🎁

Shipping is free on all orders over $60! For orders under $60, a flat $8 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Absolutely! If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact our help team to update your shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

We ship from our home base in San Diego, CA as well as directly from our brand partners across the country. We're proudly owned and operated in California, USA - and we never dropship from overseas, so you can always count on quality you can trust!

Every brand we carry is one we personally love, use, or have tested ourselves - we're pretty picky about what makes it into the shop! We're always discovering new favorites and adding them to our collection, so there's always something new to explore.

Yes and no - we're a curated marketplace of brands we personally love and stand behind, so individual items ship directly from the brand's warehouse. But our Gift Boxes and Build-a-Box orders? Those are packed and shipped with love right from our own warehouse in San Diego
