Refund policy
We offer free 30-day returns on all unused items in their original packaging - qualifying items will be refunded to your original form of payment within 14 business days of us receiving them.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with order confirmation or proof of purchase.
A few exceptions to note:
- Sale and seasonal items are final sale
- Gift recipients who wish to return their gift will receive store credit
- Opened, used, or damaged items are accepted at our discretion and, if approved, will be issued store credit

Once your return is approved, we'll send over a prepaid return shipping label along with easy instructions on where to send your package. Easy peasy!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

- Sale & final sale items
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Opened personal care goods (such as beauty and nursing products)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we're not able to process exchanges due to how quickly our items sell, but we're always happy to help with a return and get a new order placed for the right size or item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
